Dr. Hivnor is a board-certified dermatologist and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Bexar County Medical Society, and Texas Medical Society.

Dr. Hivnor enjoys hunting, running, reading, and riding his tractor. His favorite part of his job is treating patients and helping solve problems. He would love to own a hunting ranch for wounded warriors. If he could have a second occupation, he would be a youth coach. He believes lasers are often an underutilized treatment for sun damage and aging effects.
