The Dermatology Associates of San Antonio staff is excited to join the Epiphany Dermatology team and is committed to maintaining continuity and delivering quality care for your medical needs. Your current physicians will remain with the practice and are committed to your ongoing care.

Epiphany Dermatology will maintain your medical records onsite. If you would like a copy of your medical records, or if you would like us to send your records to another medical practice or physician of your choice, please let one of our staff members know and we will provide instructions for processing your request.
